Christmas craft time at the library
We have two events on November 30, 2011 - one for younger kids and the other for older kids and adults.
Christmas will soon be upon us. If you'd like to make a Christmas card to give to a loved one, we have two free craft events on Wednesday, November 30, 2011.
For children under age 10, a make-and-take craft session will be available downstairs from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. Simply bring your child in any time during that time frame and they will be able to use foam stickers and large foam stamps with ink pads to create a one-of-a-kind card!
For older children, ages 10 and up, and adults, there will be a Christmas card workshop from 5:00 to 6:30. The library will provide all the supplies to make at least one Christmas card. Supplies will include rubber stamps and ink pads, holiday brads, ribbon and fibers, eyelets and holiday punches. Make an elegant or fun card to give to someone you care about.
Both events are free, so mark them down on your calendar... you won't want to forget!
