The seasonal days and crisp cool nights signal the transition from summer to winter. And we never know when winter is going to be particularly harsh, so it's good to be stocked up on reading materials, movies and puzzles. A good way to do that is to attend our annual book sale.

Dates for the sale this year will be as follows:

• Thursday, Sep. 22, 5:00-7:00 pm
• Friday, Sep. 23, 9:00-5:00
• Saturday, Sep. 24, 9:00-11:00 am

Prices are as follows:

• Hardcover books - $.50
• Paperback books - $.25
• Magazines - $.10
• Puzzles - $.25
  
• DVDs and VHS movies - $1.00
• Books on cassette or CD - $.50
  

Please note - We will be closed during regular business hours on Thursday, September 22 in order to set up for the sale.

When the sale begins, only the south door to the downstairs area will be open. On the final day, everything you can fit into a bag costs $1.00.
